Thank you for shopping with TimberPawsCo. Because many of our cat trees are handmade, processing and delivery times may vary by product.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Production or processing estimates are displayed on the relevant product page. Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or provided after your order has been processed. Delivery estimates begin when the order is dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a delivery date is guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship your order within the stated or legally required period, we will contact you and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product size, weight, and available shipping service.
Large or oversized cat trees may require special handling or freight delivery. Any applicable additional charge will be shown before the order is completed or communicated to you for approval.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Customs procedures may delay delivery. TimberPawsCo cannot control customs processing times.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the ordered products may legally be imported into their destination country.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has started.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking information will be sent by email.
Tracking information may take several days to update after a shipping label is created.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Please contact us at service@timberpawsco.shop if your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed. We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and reviewing the shipment.
A delivery scan does not always confirm where a package was left. Customers should check around the delivery location and contact household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier when appropriate.
Claims are reviewed according to the circumstances, carrier information, and applicable law.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping packaging
- Photos or videos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping label
- A description of the damage
Please keep the product and all packaging materials until we complete our review.
